Citizens Leadership Academy is a new innovative school that is honored to be part of the Citizens Academy “family” as its middle school. CLA will continue Citizens Academy’s highly successful, results-driven academic preparation for Ohio Academic Assessments and also continue the Citizens Academy focus on character development and a strong school culture of high expectations and no excuses. Our school community opened its doors in August 2011 with 90 sixth graders and will be fully enrolled with grades 6-8 in August 2013. Many thanks to all who made our founding mural possible, which hangs in our gymnasium as you enter the school. Students unveiled the mural at our school opening celebration, which included supporters, volunteers, community leaders, and many others who helped make Citizens Leadership Academy a reality.
