Dear CLA Families,
We want to take a moment to give you reassurance and ask you for some help. We want to reassure you that when a student is marked absent, we at CLA make personal calls to the phone number you provide us to see why your child is not at school. We do not rely on an automated system.
Our request to you is to call us each morning your child is ill or will not be at school for another reason — that is most helpful. Beyond that, please make sure that when you change your number or are having phone issues of any sort, we know the new number or a back-up number or emergency contact number. We need to account for each child, and having good numbers is critical.
